We are interested in working with clients who appreciate the value of design and aspire to the highest possible quality.
The practice has developed a particular reputation for one-off residential designs for individual clients, as well as finding solutions to unusual or challenging briefs. Our fundamental concerns are with space, light and materials. When handled well, there will be pleasure in even the simplest scheme. INTERIOR DESIGN / SPACE PLANNING
Architectural design should stand on its own merits, but a good piece of architecture can be enhanced by skilled interior design.
We have the ability to undertake space planning and interior design as part of our architectural remit or as a stand-alone service. Our experience ranges from residential upgrades through to multi-million pound commercial refurbishments.

3D Visualisation
At Architect’s HQ Ltd we create the highest quality architectural visualisations, artist impressions and photo realistic computer generated images (CGI’s), also known as 3D computer renders or renderings in other parts of the world. We also design and produce bespoke luxury high end property brochures and luxury property marketing material. Our team of talented designers and artists are at the cutting edge of the architectural visualisation industry. Surveying
The first stage in almost all our work, involves carrying out a survey of the site or building. We carry out detailed building surveys, which allow us to understand the construction of the building in detail. Where extensive or highly complex sites are involved we also collaborate with topographical surveyors who gather the information using the latest electronic equipment. This delivers great levels of information, which can also be used for setting out the construction work.
Educational Client Design & Technical Advisory
If you’re embarking on a large or complex project, a Client or Technical Advisor is needed to provide much needed independent advice
and guidance throughout, working integrally with members of your project team.
I offer years of experience working in both roles within the educational sector with necessary skills and analytical knowledge to ensure the process is understood and value for money is achieved from complicated schemes.
Architectural Consultancy Service
I also offer specific ‘Package’ Architectural Service exclusively for large architectural practices. Due to the success of Architect’s HQ Ltd I have build relationship with agencies and independent architectural and project management firms to whom I have delivered bespoke service and this varies from:
– project management including site & design co-ordination;
– conceptual design by using latest desktop software , such as Sketchup/VRAY/Adobe Suite
– Producing detailed working & production drawings in several cad software such as Autocaad/ Revit/ Archicad,etc;
– NBS specifications;
– Interior design, FF&E Schedules.
Commercial Design & Feasibilities Studies
Building a new home or developing an extension to a school or enhancing an existing commercial property can be an exciting yet daunting journey, whether you’re a serial renovator or taking the leap for the first time. The hardest step is often the first one as you ponder what will your ‘back of envelope’ design look like in reality, how much will it all cost, will it get planning permission. To alleviate some of those initial anxieties and help you to make an informed decision, our architectural feasibility study or ‘Outline Service’ aims to determine whether the project is viable.
