Masterplanning

This project was undertaken by Architect’s HQ Ltd on behalf of Lancashire County Council to undertake existing survey and produced 3d images, proposed masterplan for consultation for prospective investors and outline planning application.

Design Details

Our approach to masterplanning is to develop flexible and commercially viable designs that help our clients to make decisions concerning the capacity of their schemes.  Consultation plays a major role in masterplanning projects; we always have hands on involvement in this and engage with stakeholders to understand the requirements for a project.

Our masterplanning experience crosses our full range of sectors in varying size and scale, particularly industrial, retail, housing and sports led masterplanning. The design was developed in close consultation with a Planning Consultant which enabled early identification of constraints and opportunities, working with the National Planning Policy Framework, which allows us to deliver sustainable and successful masterplans.
