This project was undertaken by Architect’s HQ Ltd to undertake existing survey of the building and produce speculative images to prospective buyer.

Design Details

The commission was to undertake a survey of the existing building and surrounding area and to produce series of proposed 3d CGI and sketchup images for the potential use of the building as office complex.

The scheme was developed via sketchup and render in VRAY.

The challenge was was produce all information under tight timescales and we achieved project success as the client obtained a long lease of the property.
